As I go about my work day I look forward to sitting down to Vespers and refocusing on God. In my experience, contemplative prayer is sitting with God, talking to Him, listening.</p>

With enough practice and with the help of the Holy Spirit can become less hard. It pays off as you get better as you start to feel good physically, mentally, and spiritually. </p>
